These Terms of Service govern your use of Burning Barrel Rentals LLC’s (“BBR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) rental services and website. By booking a trailer or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they’re written in plain English, not legalese.
By submitting a booking inquiry, completing a rental agreement, or using any BBR service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, guests, and anyone using a BBR trailer.
BBR provides vintage trailer rentals for festivals, private events, retreats, and outdoor camping within our service area (up to 1,000 miles from our base of operations on the West Coast).
All rentals include delivery to your designated spot, full setup (leveling and hookups), full propane and water tanks, and the appliances listed in your rental agreement. Additional add-ons (generator, camp gear, food stocking) are available at extra cost and must be arranged in advance.
Trailer availability is subject to confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from BBR and your deposit is received.
All prices are in USD. Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes, festival site fees, or permit costs, which are the guest’s responsibility.
The initial deposit is non-refundable. It covers our administrative costs and reserves your trailer from other bookings.
Cancellation policy for the remaining balance:
If BBR cancels a booking due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund including the deposit. BBR is not liable for cancellations due to events outside our control (acts of nature, festival cancellations, government orders, etc.), though we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
By renting a BBR trailer, you agree to:
You are responsible for any damage to the trailer or its contents caused by you, your guests, or anyone in your party beyond normal wear and tear. Damage costs will be deducted from your security deposit. If damages exceed the security deposit, you agree to pay the difference within 30 days of written notice from BBR.
BBR trailers are not covered by your personal auto insurance. If you require additional coverage for your belongings, we recommend purchasing travel or event insurance independently.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BBR’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your rental shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that rental.
BBR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, lost profits, or damages arising from festival cancellations, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
BBR is not responsible for loss or theft of your personal belongings inside or around the trailer. We strongly recommend securing valuables and purchasing travel insurance for major events.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Burning Barrel Rentals LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of a BBR trailer, your violation of these Terms, or any harm caused to third parties by you or your guests during your rental period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. For active bookings, the terms in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply unless you agree to updated terms in writing.
